Data Deletion Instructions

Last updated: July 2026

You are in control of the data adEase.ai holds about you. This page explains exactly what we store and how to have it deleted — whether that's a single connection (Facebook or Google) or your entire account. See our Privacy Policy for full details of what we collect and why.

Facebook & Instagram (Meta) Data

If you connect a Meta ad account, we store: your Meta ad account ID, account name, currency and timezone, your Business Manager ID (if applicable), and an encrypted access token used to read and manage your ads on your instruction. Campaign and performance data is fetched live from Meta's API when you use the product — we do not keep a copy beyond audit logs of changes you asked us to make.

To delete your Meta data:

  1. Log in to adEase.ai and go to Settings → Facebook Ads, then click Disconnect. This immediately and permanently deletes the stored connection, including the access token.
  2. Optionally, also remove adEase from Facebook: go to Facebook Settings → Business Integrations (or Apps and Websites), find adEase, and remove it. This revokes the token on Meta's side.

If you can't log in, or you removed adEase via Facebook and want to confirm nothing remains on our side, email support@adease.ai from the email address associated with your account with the subject "Meta data deletion request". We will delete the data and confirm within 7 days.

Google Ads & Google Analytics Data

Google Ads and GA4 connections can be removed in Settings, and you can revoke adEase's access at any time from your Google Account permissions. Revoking access invalidates our stored (encrypted) tokens.

Deleting Your Entire Account

To delete your adEase account and all associated data — profile, connected ad accounts and tokens, chat history, saved preferences, and business profile — email support@adease.ai with the subject "Delete my account" from your account email address.

We action deletion requests within 30 days (usually much sooner) and will confirm by email. Some records are retained where the law requires it — payment records for financial regulations, and audit logs of account changes for up to 12 months — as described in our Privacy Policy.

Note: deleting your adEase account does not delete your Google Ads or Meta ad accounts themselves — those belong to you and live with Google and Meta. It removes adEase's access and our copies of your data.
