Delete your adEase account

How it works

1. Enter the email address you use to sign in to adEase and send the request below.
2. We email you at that address to confirm it is you.
3. We delete your account within 30 days (usually much sooner) and email you when it is done.

Signed in to the app? You can also use Account → Delete account.

What we delete

• Your adEase sign-in and profile
• Your connections to Google Ads, Google Analytics and Facebook (Meta), including the stored access tokens
• Your chat history, daily briefs, saved preferences, Standing Rules and business profile
• Phone app sign-ins and notification tokens

What we keep, and for how long

• Payment records: kept as long as financial regulations require
• Audit logs of changes made to your ad accounts: kept for up to 12 months, then deleted

Your Google Ads and Meta ad accounts themselves are not touched: they belong to you and stay with Google and Meta. Deleting adEase removes our access and our copies of your data. More detail is in our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion Instructions.
