Welcome to adEase.ai ("Service"), operated by adEase ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

adEase.ai is an AI-powered Google Ads management platform that provides analytics, recommendations, forecasting, and campaign management tools. The Service connects to your Google Ads account via the official Google Ads API using OAuth 2.0 authentication.

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must sign in using your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years of age or have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

4. Free Trial & Subscriptions

We offer a free 24-hour trial of our paid plans. A valid payment method is required to start a trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin automatically. You may choose a Starter, Professional, or Agency plan.

Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly through Stripe, our payment processor. Prices are displayed in USD or GBP and are subject to change with 30 days' notice. All payments are non-refundable except as described in our 30-day money-back guarantee.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access to paid features will continue until the end of your current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorised purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Use the Service to send spam or misleading advertisements
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent
  • Use automated scripts to scrape or collect data from the Service

6. Google Ads API Usage

Our Service accesses your Google Ads data through the official Google Ads API. By using our Service, you also agree to comply with Google's Ads API Terms and Conditions. We request only the permissions necessary to provide our Service. You can revoke access at any time through your Google account settings.

7. AI-Powered Features

Our Service uses artificial intelligence to provide recommendations, forecasting, and insights. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated suggestions are advisory only. You are solely responsible for any changes made to your Google Ads account, whether initiated manually or through our one-click actions. We recommend reviewing all changes before applying them.

8. Data Handling

We handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy. Google Ads performance data is accessed in real time and is not permanently stored beyond what is necessary for the Service to function (such as cached metrics and audit logs).

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and content, is owned by adEase and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your Google Ads data. We do not claim any rights over your advertising content or campaign data.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, adEase shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, advertising spend, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any recommendations will achieve specific advertising results.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on our website or sending you an email. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
